Our hearts are with everyone that has been affected by fires in Australia. From those selfless people leaving their families to protect someone else’s, to those who have lost cars, homes, businesses, all of these things…or worse. The personal tragedy will be with them forever. The effort to rebuild will be prolonged but we are built tough and we will recover.
With that in mind, we respectfully begin to move forward, in an effort to bring people to our shores, promote Australia as a whole and Western Australia as a showcase. The media has sent a message to the world and the world responded, overwhelmingly! The out pour of love and support has been amazing. At the same time though that message, mainly through imagery, has been received in astonishment and in turn tourism has plummeted, which as you know has a knock on effect. But we need to clarify. “Australia is open for business”. We need to continue to support ourselves, so that we can support each other.
Post photo’s of the magnificence that still surrounds us. The unaffected pristine beaches, the majestic gorges and the amazing sunsets with a backdrop only found in Australia. Those to, of the regeneration. Even though there is no schedule for this, trees will begin to regrow, fields will again start to flourish and flower and animals return to their native habitat. Where nature is showing us that it’s not the end, but a new beginning on the horizon. Like. Follow. Share. We would like to see your travel pics!
