Toni, one of our reservation officers has been with us for nearly nine years.  During this time she has been working the after-hours shifts so taking calls in the evenings and on the weekends.  Toni has been a valuable member of the team and a helpful resource to passengers and drivers with queries.

She likes talking with people and helping them with their travel plans regardless of whether it’s a Hop on Hop off pass itinerary or a Express (point to point) bookings.  Toni has come to know many of the regular passengers and enjoys a quick friendly chat.

Toni was asked what she does in her free time and she said, “My hobbies are crafts, sewing, small quilting projects, jewellery beading, being of Italian background – I love Italian cooking, watching lots of cooking shows on the TV food channel. Listening to old songs from the 40’s era and the films.” She recently made phone holders for the office desks, which we use all the time (and no, she's not taking orders!)

Toni will be changing from evening to day shifts during the week soon and is looking forward to helping more people with their trip plans and bus bookings between Perth and Broome.
