Tickets are non-transferable.

Integrity Coach Lines is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse to agree to carry any person, luggage or goods without giving any reason.

Integrity Coach Lines will endeavour to adhere to stated departure and arrival times but will not be liable for any failure to meet those times.

Integrity Coach Lines may substitute any other vehicle for its own vehicle to transport passengers and/or their luggage.

Integrity Coach Lines is not liable for and denies all responsibility for personal injury caused by circumstances within or outside its control.

Integrity Coach Lines takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stray baggage or freight whilst in transit or storage, correct labelling is passenger's responsibility.

Consumption of alcohol and smoking on Integrity Coach Lines is not permitted.

Integrity Coach Lines reserves the right to amend and cancel any scheduled departure for any reason.

Passengers who decide not to travel on a service because it has been delayed or cancelled due to flooding or other road blockage beyond Integrity Coach Lines control can open date their ticket to use at a later date. Normal cancellation fees apply if this option is not taken.

Travel coupons must be presented to Integrity Coach Lines as required to enable the ticket holder to travel on services specified.

No flammable liquids, firearms or explosives shall be carried on any Integrity Coach Lines vehicle.

Integrity Coach Lines takes no responsibility for any inadvertent booking errors by any company, travel agent or authorised agents of Integrity Coach Lines.

No conditions of travel other than those endorsed herein will be recognised.

Cancellation Fees

Full refund of ticket cost less 20% booking fee if Integrity Coach Lines is advised of cancellation more than 24 hours before scheduled departure;

50% refund if less than 24 hours notice is given.

No refund on cancellations within 20 minutes of scheduled departure or on failure to board coach, or on invalid ticket.

No refund on shuttle services if cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled departure.

No refund on Hopper travel passes if any travel has been used.

Refunds are made at point of ticket issue only or on written application.

Subject to conditions, ticket is valid for 12 months from date of issue.

Reservations

Bookings must be made in advance; otherwise seats may not be available. This applies where no ticket has yet been issued;

Integrity Coach Lines may cancel any booking if a ticket has not been purchased within 24 hours of the date of travel.

Check In

Passengers must be at departure point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time; otherwise Integrity Coach Lines may cancel the passenger’s reservation.

Baggage

Each fare paying passenger is allowed two suitcase up to a total of 20kgs and one overnight bag. An additional charge will apply on excess baggage. Valuables are to be kept with the passenger.
